Aaliyah Jackson

Physical Therapist Assistant
Aaliyah Jackson is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who joined Inov8 Orthopedics in November 2023. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from South College. Aaliyah has worked in a variety of settings from private practice to hospital and rehabilitation facilities consisting of orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and geriatric patients. Aaliyah feels fortunate and blessed to help facilitate patient’s return to their normal lifestyle through her profession, along with the opportunity to continually educate and positively impact those in need. In her spare time, Aaliyah enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, puzzles, working out, and binge watching Netflix.

I am a physical therapist assistant. I earned my PTA degree from San Jacinto College here in Houston, TX. I also have a bachelor’s degree from University of Houston-Clear Lake. I grew up in the southeast side of Houston, I am bilingual, I speak English and Spanish. It is nice to give back to my community and provide excellent patient care to those who haven’t experienced great physical therapy before. I fell in love with the outpatient world of therapy after experiencing great clinical experiences. I wanted to learn more and grow in my skill set and become the best therapist I can be for my patients. I will always put patient needs above my own and will to continue to find ways to enhance the patient experience. In my free time, I love to try new restaurants and coffee shops. I love coffee! Lastly, I love to spend time with my beautiful wife, family, and friends.
Corey Warner

Corey is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Inov8 Orthopedics, bringing over five years of specialized experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
He is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through evidence-based treatment and meaningful patient education, equipping individuals not just to recover, but to build the confidence and tools needed for long-term, independent healing.
His deep curiosity for neuroscience and human behavior informs the way he connects with patients, allowing him to understand not just the physical, but the personal dimensions of recovery.
Passionate about lifelong learning, Corey stays at the forefront of his field by continuously exploring advancements in rehabilitation science.
When he’s not in the clinic, you can find Corey on the golf course, walking with his wife and dog under the Texas sun, or cheering on the Houston Rockets.
Joon Baek

Physical Therapist Assistant
Joon Baek is a licensed physical therapist assistant who joined INOV8 Orthopedics in February of 2025. He graduated from University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, and afterwards, after having worked a few years as a personal trainer, obtained a Physical Therapist Assistant Associate of Applied Science degree from Houston Community College Coleman College for Health Sciences. During and afterwards, he has spent time working in a range of settings, from working with neuro and ortho-trauma patients in the hospital to general outpatient orthopedic patients, to working with kids of varying diagnoses in pediatric physical therapy. He now spends his time helping people at Inov8 Orthopedics with the rest of the physical therapy crew.
Shirin Bagheri

Physical Therapist Assistant
Shirin Bagheri is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant dedicated to providing high quality patient centered care and helping individuals return to the activities that matter most to them. After earning both an Associate of Science degree and an Associate of Applied Science for Physical Therapy Assistant from Lone Star College, Shirin built a strong foundation in evidence-based rehabilitation and therapeutic techniques. Born in Iran, she brings a diverse cultural perspective, strong work ethic, and compassionate approach to every patient interaction. Shirin has a passion for learning, enjoys exploring philosophy, appreciates a good cup of tea, and values spending meaningful time with family.
